Refund policy

  1. Custom-Made Items All products sold by Clingy Captures are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed.
  2. No Returns or Exchanges Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom-made items.
  3. No Refunds We do not offer refunds on any custom-made products. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement of the same item.
  5. Customer Responsibility It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate information, including shipping address and order details. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
